Returns
Because each item is made especially for you after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
All merchandise is printed on demand to reduce overproduction and waste.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Refunds or replacements are offered for verified damaged or incorrect items only. Once approved, we will arrange either:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund to your original payment method
